Lois's Country Crunch Bread
This chewy loaf is Lois's favorite. When she tried it for
the first time, she exclaimed, "Now this is what bread should taste
(Note: In the Zojirushi, we had better results when we baked it on the Regular cycle rather than on the French Bread Cycle)
Mom's White Bread
This pale, crisp-coated white bread is reminiscent of the loaves Linda's mother would bake on occasion. If you prefer a darker crust, add 1 to 2 tablespoons instant nonfat powder or bake on the Dark Crust setting.
Berry Bread Cake
Did you overestimate how much bread you needed yesterday and you're now left with one too many loaves? Here's a delicious solution to your problem guaranteed to make that straggler disappear faster than you can say "Alikazam".
Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread
This dark, rich bread is scrumptious! Try it for breakfast, either plain or toasted. (Note: If you have a machine with a regular baking cycle or under 3 hours, you may need to reduce the amount of butter by half or switch to the Whole Wheat cycle if you find it didn't rise well the first time.)
Linda's Lemon Bread & Lemon Curd
This sweet/sour moist bread has a bright fresh taste and smells marvelous even when it's kneading. We love to have friends in for dessert and put small slices of this bread out on a pretty plate along with the leftover lemon curd.
